EA Carts delivers golf carts to all 50 states from our facility in Carmel, Indiana. You do not need to live near a dealer or pick up your cart in person. Every EA Carts model ships fully assembled, charged, and ready to drive on arrival.
How Shipping Works
- Place your order on eacarts.com or by phone with our sales team
- EA Carts confirms your order and schedules production (if not in stock) or prepares your cart for shipment
- Your golf cart is loaded onto an enclosed carrier for protection during transit
- A delivery coordinator contacts you with a delivery window (typically 7-21 business days depending on location and inventory)
- The cart arrives at your address fully assembled. No dealer assembly, no crate unpacking, no pieces to put together
- Inspect the cart at delivery. If anything is damaged in transit, EA Carts handles the claim and replacement
What "Fully Assembled" Means
Some golf cart companies ship carts partially disassembled in crates and require you to attach the windshield, mirrors, roof, and accessories yourself. EA Carts does not do this. Your cart arrives completely built with every component installed: lithium battery connected, lift kit mounted, windshield attached, mirrors in place, seat belts fastened, LED lights wired, and Bluetooth audio paired. You charge it, register it at your DMV as an LSV, and drive.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost varies by distance from our Indiana facility and the delivery method selected. Contact our sales team for an exact shipping quote for your address. Delivery anywhere in Indiana is free. Other lower-48 zones are quoted from our standard zone pricing ($500-$2,500 depending on distance); Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually.

What to Do When Your Cart Arrives
- Inspect the exterior for any shipping damage before signing the delivery receipt
- Check that all accessories are present (windshield, mirrors, seat belts, charger, key fob)
- Plug in the charger and fully charge the lithium battery before your first ride
- Register the cart at your local DMV as an LSV (bring the manufacturer's certificate of origin included with your delivery paperwork)
- Obtain insurance (required in most states for LSVs)
- Drive

Can I Pick Up My Cart Instead?
