What we send: order confirmations, build and delivery status updates for your golf cart purchase, customer service messages, and occasional news and offers.

How customers opt in

1. Online (website checkout): During checkout on www.eacarts.com, customers may check an optional, unchecked-by-default box labeled “Text me with news and offers” below the phone number field. Checking this box is never required to complete a purchase. The screenshot below shows the checkout step with the opt-in checkbox in its default (unchecked) state:

2. In person: Customers visiting our Carmel, Indiana showroom may opt in by providing their phone number and signing a consent line on our order form, which contains the same disclosures shown below.

Consent disclosures

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from EA Carts at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
