Why we build it this way.
EA Carts LLC builds lithium electric golf carts and LSV-ready vehicles at 501 Industrial Dr, Carmel, IN 46032. Every cart is built to order, one at a time, and so far EA Carts have been delivered to 43 states.
We are a frame-up builder, not a reseller. Each cart is assembled here and carries a VIN we assign ourselves, so the configuration, the written estimate and the warranty all come from the same people in the same building.
Building to order is slower than stocking a lot, and we chose it anyway. The configuration you pick is the configuration we build, and every cart that leaves Carmel was put together here.
Every cart includes the Lifetime Key & Battery Replacement Program. The battery is the heart of a lithium cart, so we stand behind it for the original owner instead of treating it as a wear item.
That way of building is why EA Carts is the official golf cart of TaylorMade, and why we have built carts for and worked with LIV Golf, Good Good, Grant Horvat, Indiana University and the Indianapolis Colts.
The company is led by founder and CEO TJ Johnson. The team in Carmel helps with configuration, delivery, warranty and what comes next, and the answer to most questions is a conversation with the people who built the cart.
