1-year factory parts warranty

Standard on every new EA cart. Begins on the purchase date.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship on eligible parts, including the charger and controller.
  • Parts only: labor is not included in the standard factory warranty.
  • Coverage is not prorated; eligible parts are supplied during the coverage term, and coverage ends when the term expires.
  • EA pays standard ground shipping for approved warranty parts within the contiguous United States.
  • Non-transferable; applies to the original retail purchaser for personal use. Commercial, fleet, rental and revenue-producing use is governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

Optional 3-, 5- and 7-year parts-and-labor plans

Available for purchase within 30 days of the original purchase. $50 deductible per covered repair.

3-year plan

$750

3 years total of parts-and-labor coverage on eligible cart parts, replacing the 1-year parts-only factory warranty for that term.

5-year plan

$1,000

5 years total of parts-and-labor coverage on eligible cart parts, replacing the 1-year parts-only factory warranty for that term.

7-year plan

$1,200

7 years total of parts-and-labor coverage on eligible cart parts, replacing the 1-year parts-only factory warranty for that term.

These plans extend parts-and-labor coverage on the cart. They are not a battery warranty and they do not change the battery program: the lithium battery is covered by the Lifetime Key & Battery Replacement Program above, which is included with every new cart.

Service anywhere we deliver

How warranty parts and repairs work wherever your cart lives.

Every EA Cart includes a one-year warranty on all parts, plus lifetime coverage for the battery and keys. Covered parts can be shipped directly to the customer, the customer's chosen repair facility, or the technician completing the work.

Under the standard warranty, EA Carts supplies covered parts at no charge and the customer is responsible for repair labor. An upgraded warranty covers both parts and labor for the selected term and will typically be handled through a qualified repair facility.

Customer care & warranty support

Whatever your service needs, you have options.

At EA Carts, we do not simply sell you a cart and send you on your way. Because we manufacture the vehicle, we provide the parts and remain involved until we find the right path forward.

We are the manufacturer and your parts provider

In every service situation, EA Carts supplies the required parts directly to you, your selected repair facility, or the technician completing the work.

Four paths to resolution

  1. You handle it with our help

If you are comfortable turning a wrench, we can ship the required parts directly to your home. Our team will support you with installation videos, video calls, and step-by-step guidance.

    Direct parts + guided support
  2. Your shop or our network

Already have a repair shop you trust? Great. We will ship the parts directly to them. If needed, Axiom Warranty Group can help locate a participating facility within approximately 100 miles of your home.

    Customer choice or Axiom network
  3. We send an EA technician

If the local repair facility cannot perform or complete the required repair, EA Carts will step in, escalate the request, and dispatch one of our technicians to address the issue directly.

    Direct factory-level support
  4. If the cart cannot be restored

If a covered failure makes the cart non-operational, we first make reasonable repair efforts. If it cannot be restored to proper operating condition, EA Carts provides a brand-new replacement vehicle when eligible under the manufacturer warranty.

Final resolution when repair is not possible

Governing Law:

This warranty and any disputes arising out of it will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

Implied Warranties and State Rights:

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the one-year duration of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limits of incidental or consequential damages, so those limits may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits a right that applicable law does not permit EA Carts to limit.

The purchaser acknowledges these warranty terms by signing the purchase agreement before payment. The signed purchase agreement and the warranty documents provided with it govern the purchase.
