EA Carts Ships Golf Carts Nationwide

EA Carts delivers golf carts to all 50 states from our facility in Carmel, Indiana. You do not need to live near a dealer or pick up your cart in person. Every EA Carts model ships fully assembled, charged, and ready to drive on arrival.

How Shipping Works

  • Place your order on eacarts.com or by phone with our sales team
  • EA Carts confirms your order and schedules production (if not in stock) or prepares your cart for shipment
  • Your cart travels on EA Carts' own enclosed trailer or with a vetted third-party carrier that EA Carts schedules and coordinates. Each delivery is arranged individually for the route and the cart.
  • Once your cart is ready, our delivery coordinator contacts you to confirm your delivery window. Timing varies by location and by whether your cart is in stock or built to order.
  • The cart arrives at your address fully assembled. No dealer assembly, no crate unpacking, no pieces to put together
  • Inspect the cart at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork (bill of lading) before you sign. Report any concealed transit damage to EA Carts in writing, with photographs, within 48 hours of delivery. EA Carts then files and manages the carrier claim and arranges repair or replacement under our Terms & Conditions.

What "Fully Assembled" Means

Some golf cart companies ship carts partially disassembled in crates and require you to attach the windshield, mirrors, roof, and accessories yourself. EA Carts does not do this. Your cart arrives completely built with every component installed: lithium battery connected, lift kit mounted, windshield attached, mirrors in place, seat belts fastened, LED lights wired, and the sound system connected. Charge the vehicle before use. If your specific vehicle qualifies as an LSV and your state and local rules permit road use, complete the required titling, registration, licensing and insurance steps before driving on a public road.

Shipping Cost

Delivery anywhere in Indiana is free. Elsewhere in the lower 48, delivery is quoted on your estimate by region ($500–$2,500); Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually. The quote is based on your destination and delivery requirements, and any residential, special-access, or unloading costs are included before you purchase. Contact our sales team with your delivery ZIP code for an exact figure.

Delivery Area Details

We deliver to every region of the lower 48 and quote Alaska and Hawaii individually. Your delivery window is confirmed by our coordinator once the cart is ready, not estimated in advance from a chart: distance from Carmel, carrier scheduling, and whether your cart is in stock or built to order all affect it.

  • If the specific vehicle qualifies as an LSV and local law permits road use, contact the applicable motor-vehicle agency about titling and registration and bring the manufacturer’s certificate of origin included with your delivery paperwork
