EA Carts SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how EA Carts LLC ("EA Carts", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our SMS/text messaging program. It supplements the EA Carts general Privacy Policy.

What we collect and why: When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and your order information so we can send you order and build status updates (order confirmation, production progress, quality inspection completion, delivery scheduling) and respond to your customer care replies.

Consent: Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking a separate, optional consent box (unchecked by default) at checkout on www.eacarts.com, or by giving verbal consent to an EA Carts sales representative who records it with your order.

Message frequency: Varies by order activity; a typical custom cart build generates approximately 8–10 messages. Msg & data rates may apply.

No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described in this program, via our messaging service provider acting on our behalf.

Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.
